FableNode billing and cancellation policy

These rules cover subscriptions, editor seats, and point purchases for FableNode workspaces. FableNode is operated by Pivotfrag LLC. For help, contact hi@fablenode.com.

Subscriptions, prices, and delivery

FableNode provides creative services billed per workspace. Indie Pro costs USD 19 monthly or USD 190 annually and grants 4,000 points each month. Creator costs USD 39 monthly or USD 390 annually and grants 10,000 points each month. Studio costs USD 69 monthly or USD 690 annually and grants 15,000 shared workspace points each month.

Annual subscriptions charge the full annual amount at the start of each annual billing period. Points are still granted monthly, not as a full year's allowance at purchase. The annual prices are equivalent to approximately USD 15.83, USD 32.50, and USD 57.50 per month, respectively, saving approximately 16.7% compared with twelve monthly payments. Monthly equivalents are comparisons, not monthly charges. Prices are listed in USD. Purchase availability, payment methods, and the final amount are shown in workspace billing and before payment confirmation at checkout. If applicable taxes are listed at checkout, review them before confirming. This does not mean that every region or payment method is available.

Purchases belong to the workspace selected before checkout. Only its owner and authorized billing administrators can manage purchases. After payment and confirmation, the plan and points appear in that workspace's billing page. Processing or synchronization may remain pending; returning to the website alone does not confirm payment. Check payment status or contact support before making a duplicate purchase.

Automatic renewal, changes, and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until canceled. You can request cancellation at the end of the current paid period through workspace billing or the available billing portal, and resume renewal before that period ends. Canceling renewal does not immediately end paid service or automatically issue a refund. Paid entitlements remain available through the paid period, and an annual subscription continues receiving monthly points during its remaining valid months.

Plan upgrades and additional editor seats are prorated for the remaining period. Review and confirm the quote; the change takes effect after the prorated payment succeeds. Upgrade points cover only the proportional increase for the remaining part of the current monthly allowance period, rather than another full month or year. Downgrades, seat reductions, and changes between monthly and annual billing take effect at the end of the current period. The scheduled effective date is shown in billing. Before scheduling a seat reduction or downgrade, current editors plus valid pending editor invitations must fit within the new allowance. Administrators must first resolve excess members or invitations. Once scheduled, new invitations and role changes are also limited by that target capacity. Cancellation or downgrade does not directly delete existing content.

When paid entitlements expire, Free project, storage, and other limits apply immediately. No new paid monthly points are issued, and unexpired top-up points are paused. For editing and commenting features already available in the service, access to existing content may remain available for up to seven 24-hour days after expiry to allow content organization, followed by read-only access and authorized export. The same period applies after early termination or termination caused by a refund. It does not extend the full paid plan or award new trial points; other actions remain subject to Free limits, available points, and permissions.

Editor seats and points

Indie Pro and Creator each include one editor seat. Creator includes 50 active projects, 3 GiB of storage, 60 days of version history, five reviewer places, and one concurrent AI task. Studio includes three editors, including the owner, and twenty reviewer places. Studio points are shared by the workspace, not granted separately to each member. Reviewers do not occupy editor seats.

Additional Studio editor seats cost USD 15 per seat monthly or USD 150 per seat annually. They require a valid Studio subscription and share its billing period. Additional seats provide no extra AI points or concurrency and cannot function as an independent base plan.

Workspaces with a valid paid subscription may purchase 3,000 points for a one-time USD 10 payment. These points expire twelve months after the verified payment time and do not automatically renew. When a subscription ends, unexpired top-up points are paused until resubscription; their original expiry date continues to apply. Monthly subscription points do not roll over. Free provides 200 trial points once per verified user in a personal workspace, valid for thirty days; this is not a monthly allowance.

AI points are settled according to actual task usage and do not represent a fixed number of generations. See the refund policy for refund requests and related entitlement adjustments. Checkout marked as test mode does not collect real money or create a commercial subscription.
